Job Summary We are on the lookout for a talented QA Engineer to join our expanding team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of industry-leading products. While manual testing is a primary focus, we also leverage automated testing. This role demands excellent time management, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the project leader and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Conduct quality assurance testing of new products and software versions before release. Investigate fault reports, reproduce issues, identify bugs, and thoroughly document them in our defect-tracking system. Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using Squish. Liaise with internal teams developers, product managers to identify system requirements. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance our testing methodology and improve the efficiency and quality of our QA processes. Essential Qualifications and Skills Undergraduate degree in a relevant engineering subject or equivalent. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
