Job Purpose: Reports to: VP, GF Regulatory Risk Governance Direct Reports: Sr. Manager & Manager Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated, committed team player to join Global Finance (GF) - Regulatory Risk Governance (also GF 1-B) group as a director. The Director will report to VP GF - Regulatory Risk Governance and will have direct responsibility for All Bank SOX 302/404 Compliance Program and for GF’s Issue Management Standard under the Bank’s Regulatory Compliance Management Program (RCM). All Bank SOX 302/404 Compliance Program (the SOX Program) provides support to the Bank’s annual CEO/CFO SOX effectiveness certification and its governance through the SOX 302/404 Executive Streeting Committee. The Director is a key point of contact enterprise wide and will be directly accountable to provide direction and oversight of Financial Reporting Risk under Bank’s Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR). The Director is responsible to analyze the severity of control deficiency, control weakness and develop its overall impact to ICOFR. For Global Finance, Issues (non-financial/operational risks), the Director will provide holistic oversight, tracking and reporting under the Bank’s Issue Management Standard. This will ensure appropriate governance, monitoring, resolution and reporting of the overall issue management pillar under RCM to Global Finance senior management. Is this role right for you?
