We have partnered with a manufacturer of controls systems company in the Carrollton, TX area to provide them with a Test Technician. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested. Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Test Technician: #1. 1-5 years of experience and possess a strong understanding of electrical, software, and mechanical concepts. #2. Proficient in utilizing standard engineering software tools: Multimeters, Oscilloscope and Power Supplies Responsibilities of the Test Technician: Tests components and systems within federal, state, and local codes and regulations, contract specifications, good engineering practices, and standards.Wiring and assembly diagrams, standard products, logic drawings and graphics, etc.Checks documentation from drafting to ensure accuracy and completeness in compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and specifications.Complies with policies, procedures, standards, and rules of the Company. Requirements of the Test Technician: 1-5 years related, applicable experience.Ability to handle non-routine, standard projects, and tasks under general supervision.Ability to effectively interact with managers, supervisor, peers, customers, and suppliers.Good understanding of electrical, software and mechanical concepts and usage.Ability to Troubleshoot down to the component level.Ability to develop, read and interpret wiring schematics.Ability to utilize standard engineering software tools.MultimetersOscilloscopePower supplies Other Key Requirements: 100% in-office role, no remote candidates.No sponsorships or visa holders.
