Minimum Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience gained in a strong law firm or in-house environment • Law degree and license to practice law in Ontario • Excellent communication, interpersonal and drafting skills Preferred Qualifications: • Experience practicing law in a complex multidivisional organization and driving business solutions • Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements • Real estate, commercial transactions and employment law experience preferred • Proficiency with Word Suite software • Experience with construction industries is an asset • Bilingual in French and English a plus but not mandatory Day in the life: Step into the exciting world of our small yet mighty legal team! Your mornings will usually start with going through any urgent legal matters that require immediate attention. You will be drafting and negotiating a wide range of corporate agreements as well providing strategic legal advice throughout the day. You role will touch all aspects of our business, where our business leaders will rely on your legal expertise related to real estate, procurement, health & safety, labour, employment and human rights, insurance, dispute resolution and litigation, commercial transactions, corporate matters,.
