Job Summary The Utility Concierge role is mandated with ensuring that the premises are properly maintained and facility issues are responded to in a timely manner. The Concierge will relieve the business unit and employees of certain menial activities and act as a daily interface with business unit administrators and employees to execute certain tasks. Now, if you were to come on board as our Utility Concierge , we’d ask you to do the following for us: Conduct routine floor checks for cleanliness, orderliness & deficiencies Initiate facility Work Order tickets for repair/ maintenance for the common area Meeting Room checks: ensure cleanliness & ensure general orderliness Clean and maintain whiteboards; Replenish markers; Replace & maintain brushes Inspect and tidy up Oasis - load, run and unload dishwashers Check teas/sugars/sticks and replenish accordingly Ensure.
