Call Center Agent Garda World Cash services is currently looking for a Customer support specalist in the Cash Services Division to provide support and provide solutions for our customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop a priviliged relationship with our national clients. Main responsibilities: Reporting to the Manager, Customer Service, your duties will include: Respond to customer inquiries and inform them about the various products and services offered; Act as the client's privileged intermediary and be attentive to their needs and requirements; Processes and enters customer profile information into the database; Produce various reports and statistics required for optimal file management; Maintain daily communication and collaboration with the operations team at the national level; Establish and maintain business relationships with clients and their partners; Support the sales team by supporting the representatives according to different requests; Performs all other related duties. Requirements: Proven experience in customer service Bilingual (spoken/written) English and French ; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Good sense of organization and good management of priorities; Outstanding communication and problem solving; Strong teamwork and partnership orientation.
