S and You (Finance Division) is currently assisting their client with recruiting for a Client Manager and or Client Partner to work in this North Bristol based firm of Chartered Accountants The Client Manager role: Managing a portfolio of clients GBP100k : GBP300k in fee value Conducting a final review and sign off, on compliance work like statutory accounts, personal tax returns, corporation tax returns etc Involved in the development of the Team: Leaders and Senior Accountants Involved in routine Head of Department meetings, to contribute to the firm processes, controls and innovation Report to Client Partners and Directors and support them on various consultancy projects Expectation to have a moderate outward facing presence i. e. attending networking events, client entertainment and other out of hours activities to boost the reputation and exposure of the firm The Senior Client Manager/Partner role: Same as above, except; Portfolio of GBP500k+ Expectation to have a strong outward facing presence Be licensed with a valid Practising certificate from either ACCA / ICAEW Be involved in higher level consultancy and planning work i. e. corporation tax planning, company restructure, personal tax planning etc. Expectation of significant previous experience in managing portfolio of fees Expectation to have a desire and ambition to innovate and develop the firms processes and workforce.
