Client manager, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Business Development Executive Client Manager Ed Tech Location: London Hybrid Salary: £27k - £30k + Excellent Benefits Job Types: Full - Time, Permanent, 40 Hours The Client: Our client is a privately owned agency offering educational tutoring services and consultancy in the field of education. They provide both in-person and online tutoring across various subjects, catering to primary through A-level students. The Role: As a Client Manager, you will collaborate with client manager specialising in private clients and closely engage with a director serving as a senior account manager for school and local authority clients. Responsibilities: Responding promptly to new client inquiries for client satisfaction. Discussing initial tutoring needs with clients, recording details in our tuition management system. Collaborating with education consultants to ensure clients receive exceptional tuition. Sending tutor proposals and overseeing client onboarding. Managing client relationships effectively. Reviewing and acting on lead and client information in our management systems. Updating lead and client details as necessary, with support from a client support staff member. Assisting in business development initiatives and ad hoc projects. Engaging with social media channels. Performing additional administrative tasks as required. Requirements: Previously worked as a Client Manager or in a similar role. At least 1 year of experience in client services. Possess bachelor's degree. Proficiency in the English language. Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office programs. Right to work in the UK.
