Warehouse and Logistics Administrator Salary A GBP 23k : A GBP 25k pa depending on experience Based At: West Yorkshire, BD20 6RB Full time Job Purpose : To help with the smooth running of all Warehouse Activities, whilst at all times adhering to the Companys rules, regulations and policies, in particular the strict hygiene and Health and Safety rules. Job Responsibilities: Provide support in running an efficient operation which is able to fulfil operational and customer demands, whilst meeting requirements of the business Ensure inventories in area of responsibility are recorded accurately Ensure all IT systems updated accurately and in a timely manner Administration of orders Produce regular reports and statistics as and when required Support the Warehouse Manager in continuous improvement Deal and respond to emails/calls in a timely manner Maintain filing records as required Attend Meetings when required Knowledge, Skills Qualifications Previous Administrative Experience Strong organisational skills Computer Literate, proficient with MS office, in particular MS excel and word Confident and professional telephone manner Accepts additional challenges and responsibilities Willing to step in and help other areas as required Personal Attributes Interpersonal Skills Dedicated Responsible Flexible to working hours and requirements Team Player Important Relationships: Warehouse Manager Despatch Manager General Manager Assistant General Manager Quality Supervisor Technical Managers Production Managers Production Supervisors If you are interested in this Warehouse and Logistics Administrator vacancy, please apply with your updated CV.
