Accounts Administrator Normanton / Wakefield Salary: Upto A GBP 25k (subject to experience) Does this sound like you? You will have already gained experience in a Bookkeeping / Accounts Administrator role and you are looking for a similar role at this level. This role does not require a professional accounts qualification. You are someone that really enjoys undertaking accounts admin work and you see yourself in this type of role for at least the next few years IT skills: You are experienced in using MS Office and have strong Excel skills Numerate Pays attention to detail, accurate Well organised and able to work well to deadlines Data inputting experience Excellent communication skills and telephone manner Professional demeanour Youll be joining a small Accounts Team and key responsibilities will typically include: Creating new customer accounts on the system, ensuring that all required information is accurately entered. Raising proforma invoices. Checking that supplier invoices are correct. Accurately processing sales invoices from orders and dispatch notes and chasing up any overdue accounts. Posting customer receipts and reconciling numerous bank accounts on a daily basis. Maintaining accurate filing systems by correctly filing documents and in a timely manner e. g. invoices, internal orders, delivery notes etc. Effectively dealing with customer / supplier queries received.
