We are on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic full-time Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to become a valued member of our real estate team. In this role, your primary focus will be on identifying and securing new properties for our company, as well as nurturing relationships with potential buyers for these properties. To excel in this position, you should be highly results-oriented, possess a strategic mindset, and have a knack for establishing strong connections with homeowners and investors. Responsibilities: • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients• Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers Qualifications: • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required• 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired• Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed• Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred• Please note that this is an in-office position, located in Nashville, TN. You must live in the area and have the ability to work from our office.
