Are you ready to suit up? We are looking for Part- Time Security guard to work in the Industrial sector in Winnipeg. As a member of the Garda World team, your primary role is to ensure the safety and security of client assets, tenants and visitors to the assignment area in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain a safe and Secure environment Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal. Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches. Conduct exterior and interior patrols every 2 hr. (6 per 12 hr shift) Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site. Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues. Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports. Provide Excellent customer service. Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Winnipeg? Good verbal and written communication skills Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence Previous experience in the security industry (asset) Valid Manitoba Security Guard license Customer service oriented Must be able to work day shifts Leadership and problem-solving skills Must be able to wear hard hat Ability to work in a stressful environment.
