The Analyst, Third Party Management will be a key member of the Enterprise Supplier Management Program (ESM), which delivers the standards and practices on managing BNS’ supply chain. The analyst responsibilities will include supporting the analysis associated with supplier prioritization, building guidance and tools for supplier management and reporting on overall program and supplier performance. The successful candidate must be excited about working in a flexible and fast moving environment, should be able to work with various internal stakeholders within the Bank and possess the ability to provide data driven insights and execute on a core set of activities against third party management policies, standards, and procedures. Is this role right for you? In this role you, will: Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Is pro-active and a self-dependent individual who can manage multiple work projects at a time with limited supervision, able to prioritize and balance workload, ready to go the extra mile to support projects without compromising on quality. Aggregates and reports on supplier performance for the Banks top suppliers and provides insights on performance opportunities. Works closely with the ESM Program team on the preparation of executive reporting presentations including gathering key supplier metrics for reporting from internal stakeholders. Supports the prioritization and onboarding activities to identify the Bank’s top tier suppliers and coordinates with teams to onboard those suppliers to the ESM program. Supports the collection of the supplier 360˚ view for the banks top suppliers by understanding the attributes needed and working with stakeholders to produce these supplier profiles.
