We are looking for three versatile and experienced Customer Service Agents for an immediate start. Key to the role is supporting with member data requests, providing live communication support on calls and live chats across different platforms. The roles are full time, with flexible hybrid working, 37.5 hours a week based just outside Stratford-upon-Avon with a £12.00 hourly rate, initially for a four week period. Key Accountabilities for the Customer Service Agent: Supporting members with supplier data requests Looking after data team inbox Provide live chat support to members Provide call support for members Provide high levels of customer service Distinguishing where members are in their data submission, resolving any problems Following a process Working to key deadlines Key Skills Required for the Customer Service Agent: High levels of customer care Experience of working with live chat would be an advantage Confident communicator Organised administration skills High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Adaptable in a changing environment Ability to work independently Excellent time management skills What’s in it for you Up to £12.00 an hour Immediate start Full time 37.5 hours a week Weekly paid, a week in arrears Flexible, hybrid working One month initially.
