This role offers a fantastic chance to contribute to high-profile projects, drive continuous improvement, and optimise delivery processes. This role offers a fantastic chance to contribute to high-profile projects, drive continuous improvement, and optimise delivery processes. Location: London, UK Flexible working options Pay Rate: £300-£450 per day Responsibilities: Develop and implement value management plans in assigned PMUs, aligning with the Pathway. Organise and lead workshops, leveraging experience from across Tf L to facilitate value/lessons learned/root cause analysis. Programme manage PMU value initiatives through key stages of the delivery lifecycle. Co-lead the Value Community of Practice events and drive knowledge sharing and Continuous Improvement CI initiatives. Manage the Lessons Learned LL portal and contribute to a positive safety culture within MPD projects. Skills and Experience: Extensive knowledge of capital projects and programmes, emphasising Value Management. Proficiency in PPM Systems and Tools. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Technical skills in Project Management, Programme Management, Stakeholder Management, Project Life Cycles, Frameworks and Methodologies, and Information Management & Reporting. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on value management and project/programme delivery. Relevant professional qualifications in project/programme management.
