The team consists of 20+ Employee Partners who assist Members in using their local and traveling benefits. We conduct hundreds of conversations on average per day with our Members! Our goal is to exceed Members expectations as we accommodate their traveling needs and reservations.Responsibilities:Remain pleasant and helpful during conversationsTimely response to and completion of reservations in a friendly, efficient and accurate mannerPolite and tactful response to general inquiries for information and club inquiries from all levels, including managementKnowledgeable about 500+ properties and servicesJob QualificationsTrue willingness to want to pleaseHelpful, pleasant, happy demeanor during conversations with MembersFlexible thinking in unique situations to offer Members additional services in the market they will be visitingAdaptability to an ever-changing work environment as services, benefits, and programs are added and modifiedGood computer keying skillsModerate PC skills including spreadsheet and word processing applicationsStrong oral and written communication skillsSelf-motivated, patient and independent workerBilingual skills a plusTwo years' experience in customer service or commensurate degree.One year PC experience Microsoft OfficePrior experience in call center preferredHigh school degreeCustomer service/call center experience
