Our client, a well-established contract manufacturing group is in a significant growth mode, is looking for exceptional individuals to enhance their team. They have 3 facilities on a global scope with an eye on expansion. Sr. Manager Operations/Supply Chain Somersworth, New Hampshire First years compensation package up to $200k with exceptional benefits. Reporting to the SVP/GM this individual Plans, Organizes, Directs, and Controls the activities associated with Production Operations. Responsible for the performance of all Departmental functions including Manufacturing, Material Management, Sourcing, Order fulfillment and facilities. In addition, they will assist the company to produce Quality Products, on time and within budget. Qualifications: B.S. or equivalent, MBA recommended. Several years as an Operations, Manufacturing and/or Commodity Manger for a manufacturing enterprise, with the responsibilities for Purchasing, Inventory Control and Production, as well as Shipping, Receiving, and Warehousing. Lead and oversee the planning team and ensure communication of needs and objectives to the team along with training, developing, mentoring, and assisting team members. Drives a culture of accountability and results through strategy deployment and effect performance management. Plan workflow and schedules for production departments. Oversee and analyze material management processes, planning and implementations. Head all ERP initiatives and implementations. Manage sites facility management functions. Provide strategic direction to LSO s overall procurement and outsourcing activities. Contribute to the development of the company s short-term growth and long-term strategic plans.
