We are looking for someone with the drive, passion and want to develop his / her teams. We are looking for a Executive Chef who has: Stable working history from a top quality 4 or 5 Luxury Resort/Hotel or Cruise ship background or similar Currently be working as Executive Chef in a hotel or resort with multiple outlets. Previous experience in the Mediterranean is highly welcomed Working experience of local and international brigades Multiple outlet experience is a must, can adapt to multiple Cuisine Be able to inspire the team around them to create food to the highest standards. Good leadership and thrive in the development of his / her teams Worked in a fast pace / high volume environment Strong consistency and who has very high standards. Is able to manage a multi-cultural brigade of more than 30 chefs Is fully responsible for the financial control of the department Hands-on and loves to lead from the front and by example Portuguese and English fluency Package on offer: €50,000 - €70,000 annual gross salary plus bonus and additional benefits.
