We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options. Position Overview: Playground is currently seeking a fluently bilingual, experienced and well-organized S ocial Media Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing marketing team (on-site). Reporting to the Marketing Manager, he/she will have strong communication, design and photography skills. Assist the Marketing Manager with various projects including in-house content creation, copywriting, and administration of user-generated content in both English and French. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging & creative content daily (e. g. original text, photos, videos and news). Respond to comments, messages, and general inquiries on social media platforms promptly and seek guidance when necessary on sensitive issues. Optimize the user experience through all channels of customer contact including but not limited to, our website, social media and email communications. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews. Creating and designing original and on-brand marketing / promotional.
