Job Description: Journeyman Welder (Two-Year Contract with LOA Bonus) Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Welder for a two-year contract. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in welding techniques and a commitment to safety and quality. The successful candidate will join our dynamic team, contributing to a range of projects in industrial, commercial, and construction environments. Key Responsibilities: Welding Operations: Perform various welding tasks, including MIG, TIG, stick, and flux-cored welding, according to project needs. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and project specifications to determine the layout and welding requirements. Quality Control: Ensure all welds meet or exceed quality standards and comply with specific codes and regulations. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair welding equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
