Position Overview: As a Count Team Member , your core role is safeguarding large sums of chips and currency with strict attention to detail, preventing loss. You'll follow procedures meticulously, monitor Count Room activities, conduct surveillance, ensure proper handling of drop boxes, and maintain accuracy in counts. Collaboration with your team is essential to maintain consistency, and you'll document any discrepancies while adhering to regulations. You'll also troubleshoot counting equipment and contribute to a secure and positive work environment that aligns with Playground's goals and vision. Ensure that procedures and proper controls are followed to protect counted receipts. Sustain close control of all activity in the Count Rooms by maintaining an awareness of changes and/or problems; which may affect the security of the currency and chips in the Count Rooms. Maintain visual and electronic surveillance of personnel to certify prevention of monetary loss. Ensure the proper sealing, labeling, and documentation of drop boxes following established procedures. Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues encountered during the drop process. Perform and observe counts, review count slips, and reconcile total funds to ensure the integrity.
