LOFT is also recognized as a Nonprofit Employer of Choice™ Award (NEOC) recipient. To help fulfill its mission, LOFT is hiring a People & Culture Coordinator. JOB SUMMARY: As the first point of contact for employees, the People & Culture Coordinator supports the organization in delivering an outstanding employee experience. The People & Culture Coordinator is responsible for LOFT’s overall employment brand including on-boarding, orientation, compensation, staff engagement, recognition, health and safety, and off-boarding. The People & Culture Coordinator (P&C Coordinator) supports employees through the full lifecycle of their employment relationship with LOFT and is responsible for HR Metrics and reporting. WHAT YOU WILL DO: The P&C Coordinator will report to the Manager, People & Culture and be responsible for providing administrative, analytics and coordination support to LOFT’s Human Resources department, management and other senior staff. Analytics Supports the development and evolution of LOFT’s overall HR metrics policies, practices, and procedures. Responsible for the facilitation of these policies, practices, and procedures. Responsible for generating and constructing reports in HRIS/payroll to support organizational data on training, attendance, demographics and any other relevant reports Coordinates training to support staff in accessing and understanding standard reports in HRIS/payroll software.
