Role The New Client Enquiry Specialist is a critical role within our team focussed on delivering new business by converting warm leads. Your goal is to simply provide an exceptional customer experience to warm, centrally generated, inbound leads to enable you to exceed your sales targets. You will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, building relationships and helping individuals navigate the world of personal injury claims. You will provide guidance and support throughout the initial claims process. We actively encourage you to take time on the phone with our potential clients. We really want them to feel cared for, understood and confident in Express by the end of your call.
