Growth Marketing Executive Luminary ROLI is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team to help scale our prosumer and consumer tech music brands. Description of the role: Luminary ROLI is a music tech start-up that is revolutionising the way people create and play music. Our products, such as the Seaboard RISE 2 and the LUMI Keys & App, are used by musicians of all levels, from beginners to professionals. We are looking for a talented and motivated Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and help us grow our business. What you’ll do: Working with an experienced marketing team, you will manage Paid Media campaigns, ensuring they are optimised, profitable, and within our Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) objectives. In addition, you will understand the entire funnel and optimise all touch-points of the customer journey. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to Day-to-day management and maintenance of META Ads Manager Google Shopping, Search, Display, and You Tube Ads monitoring and optimisation Microsoft Ads: Search, Shopping and Display Conversion Tracking maintenance using Google Tag Manager, and META pixel tracking, supported by our in-house Platform team Reporting - using Looker Studio (Data Studio) Optimisation and maintenance of other channels, including Programmatic (Zemanta), OTV, Reddit, Tik Tok Support and collaborate with other team members, including Content, Creative, and Communications teams, Product and Platform What you’ll need: A priority of ours is the ability to learn - a data led team-player with the aptitude to learn the intricacies of Digital Marketing. Appreciation / experience of working for a DTC start-up or working with them agency side Exposure to META Ads Manager and/or Google Ads Manager - ideally 3 years or more Data-aware - familiar with value of data and metrics associated with digital marketing marketing Google Analytics / GA4 and website/digital marketing.
