What does an Analytical Scientist Sr. Team Leader do? The Analytical Scientist Team Leader manages analytical testing for multiple projects, including task planning for a team of scientists. It requires contributing to and reviewing analytical study plans, participating in HPLC/GC method development, and offering analytical technical support to the team. Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining GC/HPLC equipment, ensuring compliance with GLP standards, and taking a lead in employee development and management throughout the employee life cycle. What are we looking for? We are looking for a positive individual with proven leadership skills who can adapt to a quickly changing environment. You need to be a fair and empathetic leader that derives satisfaction from bringing out the best in your team. You must have a chemistry or life sciences degree and a minimum of 3 years of analytical chemistry practice with experience of project work carried out with-in a laboratory environment.
