**Please apply for this position through our website !"** Wheaton Bible Church (English language services) and Iglesia del Pueblo (Spanish language services) is a non-denominational, five-generation, multi-ethnic church united by the power of the Gospel. Our ministry within Iglesia del Pueblo is growing and we are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish fluency) Elementary Associate Director to partner with our current Elementary Director of our English services as we build a kingdom of children who Love God, Love One Another, Love our Neighbors, and Love the Nations. This role partners in the leadership of our multi-ethnic ministry to kids in grades K-4. This includes partnering with parents in discipleship of their kids, elementary & family events throughout the year, summer outreach programs, and the direction and development of associated ministry partners. Requirements Degree or experience in Children’s Ministry or related field. Experience serving in Kids' Ministry in the church. Bilingual Fluency in English/Spanish is a must, both in written and verbal form. Multi-Generationally Focused—pursuant of multi-generational Engagement as a church even in age-specific roles. Leader Developer—mentor, trainer, coach vs expert, team vs individual. Collaborator—overarching church unity and alignment vs ministry success. Innovator—ability to assess and understand how to best minister within our culture and context while taking faith-filled risks. Expectation Alignment with and commitment to assisting the ministries of the church in fulfilling our mission, vision, and values.
