What you will be doing! As a System Administrator, Level 1, you will be responsible for technical support and troubleshooting to network desktop, and /or systems hardware and software. Requirements: Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions Provide remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the help desk by users of cloud infrastructure May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals Must be available to work the following shifts: 2pm-10pm Mon-Fri Shift or 3pm-11pm Mon-Fri Shift Must be able to train Mon-Fri 6am-2pm for approximately the first 2-4 months Experience and Education: High School or GED and 10 years experience or a Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience. Certification: IAT Level 1 certificate is required within 6 months of start date Clearance Required: Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance to be considered for this role.
