About the Opportunity: Cloud Security Services is currently looking for a Service Desk Project Manager for our client. Our client requires a Service Desk Project Manager to support their Information Security Function Demand Management processes including request intake, evaluation, assessment and prioritization, alignment to capacity and resources and stakeholder communication. This is a 6-month remote project. Responsibilities: •Provide project management support for Demand Management and coordinate with key stakeholders on all aspects of the Demand Request Lifecycle. •Demand Request Lifecycle Support, including Request intake and documentation oFeasibility Assessment▪Business driver and business value ▪Alignment to strategy ▪Prioritization ▪Technical requirements ▪Resourcing requirements ▪Cost oResource and capacity alignment oStakeholder engagement and communication oStakeholder decisions •Facilitation of stakeholder discussion, presentation and decisions as needed Required Skills: •3 - 5 years overall experience with technical project management •Ability to organize, plan and execute the request lifecycle according to business needs •Ability to adapt to changes in business priorities •Organizational skills and attention to detail •Excellent interpersonal communication skills with strong spoken and written English. •Good collaboration skills both with technical peers and business partners (in person and virtually using MS Teams) Preferred Skills: •Business outcomes mindset. •Solid balance of strategic thinking with detailed orientation •Business process engineering experience •Flexibility to accommodate working across different time zones •PMP Certification •Experience with demand intake functions •Experience with technical project management in cybersecurity organizations •Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, etc Preferred Education: •BS in Computer Science or related field of study, or equivalent work experience.
