WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS: Reporting to the Director Operations Resources & Systems, the Manager, Crew Planning & Scheduling will lead a dynamic team is responsible for optimizing crew rosters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirement, and maintaining balance between fairness, productivity targets and operational robustness. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to effectively manage a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our airline. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Crew Planning & Scheduling Management: Lead a team in creating, maintaining, and optimizing crew schedules considering crew availability, regulatory limitations, flight hours, rest periods, and operational requirements.
