MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO ONEONTA NY Looking for a dynamic and experienced Head Chef. Position Qualifications: - Minimum 2 year of experience - Must be eligible to work in the United States - Computer proficient - Must be able to lift 50 lbs Tasks and responsibilities The Head Chef is responsible for creating daily production lists and keeping track of inventory and proper stock rotation. Helps to train, cook with, and directly supervise the kitchen staff Participates in the actual cooking and preparation of food items as a member and leader of the galley team.
