Your role in a nutshell This is a fixed: term contract position for 9 months, based on a hybrid working pattern at either our London Bridge or West Susinteraction office. The role supports the Treasury team with the accurate and timely delivery of Treasury reporting and analysis and management of Treasury systems. More about the role Collate data and work with various stakeholders across Finance and Group Treasury to prepare the monthly Treasury Report. Confirm FX and money market deals to external and internal counterparties using Confirmation Management System. Report FX positions to DTTC (Repository Registrar). Administer the Banking system and ensure all authorisers have appropriate systems access, as required. Maintain and update Banking Database comprising list of bank accounts and authorised signatures. This comprises approximately 300 bank accounts held in 20 different markets. Maintain and update Bank Mandates and standard settlement instructions on behalf of 20 markets operating in 3 different zones. Maintain and update ISDA Master Agreements and Schedules, EMIR Documentation and Dodd Frank documentation. KYC compliance with existing and new counterparties (banks/card acquirers). Manage TMS as system administrator making sure all users have adequate access rights and privileges in accordance with Treasury Policy preserving integrity of system in order to minimise the risk of internal or external frauds. PO management for Treasury vendors. Maintain the Internal Control check list making sure sign: off is updated on monthly basis. Report and analyse P and L impacts for bank charges, costs for card acquiring, cash in transit and banking services. Prepare pre: formatted payment templates for authorisation from two authorised signatories. What we look for Experience of Treasury reporting and Treasury systems desirable.
