Trainer / Tutor (Apprenticeships) Location: Vauxhall, London Salary: A GBP 29,292 per year Do you want to deliver Apprenticeships? The Forward Trust is a fast: growing Matrix Standard, ERSA Employability Awards 2020 Highly Commended vocational training, skills and employability provider. As part of our AEB contract (Kent) we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Trainer. What you will be doing Working to our Operational Manager you will be creating exciting lesson plans, timetables and resources, as well as teaching and backssing AEB learners on our Level 1 and 2 qualifications including Climate Change, Digital Skills and Employability. You will be expected to teach to a high standard and also enthuse the learners about the Green Sector job and apprenticeship roles we have in place through our Sector Based Work Academy Programme. So we will expect you to also embed information, advice and guidance into your teaching sessions. You will need to be able to use One File (e portfolio), Skills Forward (Maths/English backssment), Kudos (Careers Advice portal). What we are looking for We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, go getting and a very practical individual who is committed to delivering high quality training as well as information, advice and guidance. You must be committed to progressing learners into good quality employment that will help them succeed in their lives. We want people who genuinely care about the people they are supporting and not just going through the motions. You must teach to a high standard that is also aligned to Ofsted EIF Good/Outstanding judgement (Quality of Education).
