Description:

This position is looking for someone who has strong customer service technical support experience and is able to work fully onsite. This is a full-time direct hire position that is looking to pay between $40k-$43k/yr plus quarterly bonuses. This position is looking for someone who is a US citizen and is able to start ASAP. The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for (Essential Functions): Responding to all helpdesk tickets Looking for 2+ years of Technical experience with good customer service and Phone presence Engage with external Vendor support for Line of Business applications to support users Managing inventory assets in our Asset Management System Manage all software inventory asset during the onboarding and offboarding process Following standard operating procedures Managing loaner laptop fleet and hardware inventory Ability to identify and escalate issues as needed and engage with other team members Attention to detail and providing well documented processes and work summaries Assisting staff with transfer of system settings to new equipment 2-4+ years of direct customer technical support and engagement experience in post-sales or account management functions.
