Description:
Our client is looking for someone who has at least one year of administrative experience and is a US citizen. This position requires someone to go onsite one day a week. Primary Responsibilities In the role of Human Resources Assistant, we'll count on you to: Provide assistance with and facilitate the Human Resources process at all business locations Provide administrative support to Human Resources as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry Perform Human Resources administrative work and provide analysis of various Human Resources programs and initiatives Manage special projects Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions Perform employee orientation and verify I-9 documentation as needed Analyze various HR information and data Assist with processing of terminations Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by the director of HR Make photocopies, fax documents and perform other clerical functions File papers and documents into appropriate employee files Assist or prepare correspondence Prepare new employee files Process mail Perform other duties as needed Qualifications Required Qualifications Associates degree or equivalent Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of employees Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary to produce and deliver high-quality training programs Knowledge of Windows, PowerPoint, Word and Excel or similar programs Basic understanding of business, math and accounting activities An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must Powered by JazzHR
