We are currently looking for an Intellectual Property, Patent and Trademark Lawyer to join our team in Ontario, Alberta and/or British Columbia. As an Intellectual Property, Patent and Trademark Lawyer, you will be Responsible for all Canadian patent, trademark and intellectual property matters, including: Communicating with clients on matters, including preparing, filing and prosecution of patent and trademark applications. Providing patent infringement and validity opinions. Conducting trademark searches and drafting trademark registrability options. Drafting and negotiating patent licenses. Providing intellectual property transaction support. What Would YOU Bring? M inimum of 10 years of related Intellectual property, patent and trademark experience. Experience preparing and prosecuting Canadian patent and trademark applications. Ability to work independently and with little supervision. While our lawyers work remotely, we operate as a team and promote a collaborative, diverse and inclusive culture.
