Groundskeeper/Custodian Washington State University Everett seeks a full-time Groundskeeper/Custodian to perform maintenance of grounds and landscaping, custodial, and general maintenance functions.Position is responsible for performing assigned grounds and landscaping maintenance work, routine housekeeping and custodial duties and general building maintenance functions. Required Qualifications The ability to do required work, the ability to read, write AND six months experience in custodial, general or building maintenance, grounds keeping, or semi-skilled carpentry, electrical and/or plumbing repair work; OR equivalent education/experience.Must have or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license by time of hire. Desirable Qualifications High school or equivalent. One year of experience or training involving grounds maintenance, gardening, plant care, cultivation and landscape installation and experience in custodial, general or building maintenance, or semi-skilled carpentry, electrical and/or plumbing repair work.Screening of applications will begin on February 10th, 2020.
