Assistant Psychologist, Psychologist, neurodiversity, Occupational Therapist, Autism, counsellor Assistant Psychologist Neurodiversity - UK Remote Location: Home-based with occasional travel Salary: £30k - £36k DOE + Excellent Benefits Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 6pm The Client: Our client, a Healthcare Company is one of the UK's leading providers of occupational services. Their clients include leading names across a wide range of sectors. The Role: As an Assistant Psychologist, youll backss workplace needs, meet with clients and employers, and recommend lasting, impactful adjustments for employees. Responsibilities: Understanding client concerns and identified barriers Delivering training and coaching to support individuals in the workplace Conducting face-to-face or virtual backssments Collaborating holistically with other professionals e. g. physiotherapy, doctors, nurses Maintaining high client satisfaction levels Positively contributing to the teams contracted KPI targets Requirements: Previously worked as an Assistant Psychologist or in a similar role. Experience in Neurodivergence e. g. Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, DCD, Tourette's Knowledge of workplace strategies to support employees Familiarity with the Equality Act 2010 and reasonable adjustments Hold a First or Upper Second-class psychology degree with British Psychological Society membership eligibility.
