ABOUT THE ROLE: The Senior Manager, Selling & Services will play an integral role in implementing strategies to drive sales, beauty services and the overall client experience in Canadian stores. The Senior Manager will work cross functionally with various departments to ensure a well-rounded client experience strategy, and ensuring the client experience is consistently top of mind throughout the organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Retail Focus & Selling Strategy – 40% Develop the overall strategy for the Retail Focus in stores (Daily Dose, Store Objectives, CEL Program & Stage Operations). Evaluate and coordinate the Selling Productivity Program & BA Individual SPLH. Develop and implement strategies to drive reduction in Tier 4 performance through program implementation, training, and coaching. Monitor and analyze Store Sales & critical metrics. Develop strategies with key team members to drive store conversion and sales. Partner with the Director, Workload and Communications to develop strategies on scheduling & zoning to drive sales through conversion. Collaborate with Regional Leadership Team on Team Engagement and Incentives Strategy. Ensure the Engagement & Incentives Calendar is aligned to Seasonal Planning Calendar & Retail Focus. Serve as the primary owner of the Client Experience Leader Program (CEL). Develop and maintain strategies to continuously increase sales through the role of the CEL & Stage Operations.
