Summary of Position: The Supply Chain Planner, DTC is responsible for coordinating all customer supply chain activities related to Forma’s EMEA DTC fulfilment centre and retail stores, delivering high levels of product availability and inventory accuracy, and excellence in resolution & communication of issues, with the ultimate aim of delivering industry leading customer service, without excess inventory. An ideal candidate should understand the delivery requirements for each channel and drive customer experience without compromising on time. The candidate should be able to analyze data and proactively take steps to improve supply plan accuracy, inventory accuracy, customer fill rates and other supply chain metrics. The candidate should understand supply planning, communicate clearly and be able to ideate process improvement. This is a hybrid role, working a minimum 3 days per week in a business location (eg. office, store, customer, supplier) and 2 days from home. Principle Accountabilities: Understand and.
