Agronomy Fertilizer Tower Operator/Dispatcher - $1500 Sign-on BONUS! Job Type: Full-Time - Hourly Wesley, IA Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm *Extended hours including weekends during peak season Salary Range: $37.5K - $42K Gold-Eagle Cooperative is a highly successful company that recently expanded, that provides innovative products to meet our customers' needs in agronomy, feed, grain and ethanol industry. Our 17 locations serve customers throughout north central Iowa. Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance STD/LTD Benefits Medical/Child Care Flexible Spending 401k w/company match, Pension Plan Paid Time Off/Holidays CDL Reimbursement Responsibilities: Will be in charge of Wesley Fertilizer Tower operations and assist team members and dispatch using the AgSunc Logistics program Operate new automated Kahler System to load fertilizer Coordinate ground application equipment along with team members Work alongside other agronomy team members in off season maintaining agronomy fleet Training/Experience: Must be team oriented Attention to detail is a must Must have computer knowledge Agronomic background requested, but not required Have a desire to learn the trade Physical Requirements: Work well with others so they can take instructions from agronomy managers, effective listening is critical Must be physically strong enough to lift heavy objects, including tools and crops Ability to do routine maintenance on the machinery Must have a valid driver's license with CDL or ability to obtain one is required Must have a good driving record Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen Job Posted by ApplicantPro
