You are... passionate about art, education, and business a creative problem solver ready to take on any challenge an effective communicator with the ability to interact with a professional and positive energy We are... an aspirational company that delivers exceptional art experiences to students of all ages seeking people who want to learn and grow with us a fun and fast-paced place to work where we work hard, collaborate, and strive for excellence Responsibilities include: Assist in all phone and in-person inquiries from members and prospective members at the front desk Create a strong connection with members and ensure the highest level of customer service Support in opening/closing of the school Conduct tours of One River School for prospective members Onboard new students to appropriate classes and introduce members to their instructors and the facility Make sure all students are picked up by their parents/guardians after class in a timely manner Reach parents/guardians of any students who are dismissed from class for any reason Process new student enrollments, cancellations, and requests Assist the instructors and staff in any other needs related to customer service, enrollment, design, marketing, etc. Qualifications: Thrive in a fast-paced and goal orientated environment Strong planning and organizational skills Strong Microsoft Office Suite Quick learner with new technology related to website updates, contact management, and email marketing Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Internship Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour Job Posted by ApplicantPro
