As we continue to grow we are looking for more to join us!Currently, we are looking for an additional experienced accountant to welcome on our team.Job Responsibilities: A variety of CSV file imports (from excel to accounting software) Handle bank reconciliations Job entries and tracking Vendor payments Vendor and credit card reconciliations Electronic filing Maintaining vendor files Journal entries Cross train in other areas of accounting to be back up for others Other responsibilities assigned depending on skill set Highly organized and detail oriented Construction experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Willing to work overtime & meet deadlines Must work well in high pressure situations Excellent problem solving skills Answering phones Other administrative tasks Benefits: Full comprehensive insurance package 401k
