ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR/PROJECT MANAGER Dynasty Building Solutions is a fast-paced, successful company that is rapidly growing and in need of good people. Description: Dynasty Building Solutions is currently seeking one self motivated, enthusiastic, candidate with attention to detail who can help coordinate our current group of projects. The Project Coordinator would help communicate with our existing crews, outside vendors and provide excellent customer service. The perfect Project Coordinator would have experience working with insurance companies in the roofing industry. Minimum experience: 2+ years in general construction, project management or direct roofing experience required. Our Culture: We are family oriented. Looking for someone that can work well under pressure. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Get interior measurements and be able to communicate well to the estimating department Outbound calls to customers and handling inbound customer concerns Communicate to customers, employees, and insurance companies by phone and/or email Collecting and managing accounts receivable on Multi-Million Dollar accounts Maintaining assigned customer accounts Climb on roofs and conduct inspections Draw roofs and complete on our platform for Roof Snaps BENEFITS: Weekly Pay Healthcare insurance provided after 90 days of employment Multiple opportunities or streams of revenue to increase income 401(k) match Advancement Opportunities Christmas and Quarterly bonuses Unlimited earning potential APPLICANTS MUST: Have reliable transportation Be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Be able to learn new software, phone systems, etc. Be comfortable making and receiving calls
