PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for production and packaging of dry ice in accordance to customer orders. Safely operate a forklift and other machinery to load, sort, stage, and transport equipment throughout the warehouse. Conforms to uniform and safety equipment policies. Responsible for the day to day safety and operation of dry ice plant equipment, including block, extrusion equipment and saws. Trouble shooting and routine maintenance of dry ice equipment QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must be capable of completing basic mathematical calculations and entering correct information on logs and other reports. Vision is correctable to within normal range for completion of reports. Must possess the ability to move or lift products and materials of varied sizes and weights, sometimes in excess of 75 pounds. Capable of working in diverse and often times unpleasant weather conditions. Position requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, lifting, and climbing. Must have ability to operate all necessary equipment. Must be able to work independently. CEE KAY SUCCESS FACTORS Dependability Can be relied on to meet schedules and deadlines. Dry Ice Block Press Band Saw Dry Ice Pelletizer Company truck and lift gate Forklift Hand cart. Bar coding scanner. Various hand tools. REQUIRED SAFETY EQUIPMENT All proper safety equipment must be worn according to company policies and regulations.
