We practice the 5 C's (caring, committed, continuous improving, confident and connected) with our clients and with our staff.As an Audit Associate you will: Contribute to the audit and review process from beginning to end Learn by hands-on experience performing audit, review and compilation procedures on balance sheet and income statement accounts Be given the opportunity to work with different clients and industries Work directly with all levels within the firm Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting 3.0 GPA or higher is preferred Ability and motivated about working overtime as needed Strong attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively both in written and verbal capacities Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented Authorized to work in the United States Olsen Thielen is an Equal Opportunity Employer
