Job Description: The Dispatch Coordinator is an integral part of the organization, scheduling and dispatching workers, work crews, equipment and service vehicles to appropriate locations according to provided customer information. This is a full-time position and reports to the Dispatch Manager. The second shift hours can vary from 12pm to 8pm, 1pm to 9pm, and so on. Responsibilities: Maintain the Service Technician's daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians. Maintain the customer database with current information. Clear, concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers updated as to company schedule and requested lead-times.
