RESPONSIBILITIES CPC/PCT Perform all aspects of Drug and Alcohol testing and Physicals Be able and willing to take after hours call and on-site Perform DNA collections Perform observed collections Be able to explain all aspects of the testing process, especially 49CFR40 Be able to appear in court if needed Be able to answer client questions by phone and e-mail Implementing drug tests at alternate collection sites Know the filing system and file as needed Be able to prepare specimens shipments Prepare clients for Physicals Keep the testing and restroom clean Keep all cabinets stocked with kits Inform Department Manager when supplies need to be ordered Maintain log on every client Be able to take vitals and perform PCT procedures Customer Service Representative Answer all client phone calls and maintain log book Full-Time Starting Salary : $13/hour & up Benefits Available - Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Accident, Cancer, Benefit Time Off, Birthday Pay, & Bereavement Leave We are a fast paced environment looking for applicants capable of multi-tasking and high attention to detail. This position requires a great deal of patience and a caring heart. Must be comfortable on computers with excellent customer service skills.
