Callie's Hot Little Biscuit is looking to hire a full time Catering Kitchen Assistant as part of our Production and Catering team in North Charleston, SC. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CATERING KITCHEN ASSISTANT The Catering Kitchen Assistant is responsible for assisting in the daily operations for the catering kitchen with Callie's Hot Little Biscuit. This position also assists the production team making biscuits and other items, along with working catering events, including the food truck. The ideal candidate will know their way around a professional kitchen, be able to delegate and also assist in teaching biscuit making classes to clients. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PART-TIME EATERY BAKER Love for biscuits and other Southern specialties Bakery/Catering Prep experience People Skills a plus Able to be flexible Ability to promote a culture of gratitude FULL-TIME WORK SCHEDULE Typical work week consists of working weekdays and weekends depending upon the events and orders.
