The Loan Portfolio Manager is responsible for analysis of loan portfolio risk and trends for the North Central Arkansas and South East Arkansas markets. The job duties will include, but not be limited to, assisting Lenders with projects such as cash flows, term loan analysis, loan proposals, loan memos and preparing packages for Credit Committee; properly assimilating the loan documents for loans in the portfolio, maintaining loan files and records, and the preparation of various reports and loan closings; and always assuring compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable state and federal banking regulations. We are seeking a motivated professional who is a quick thinker, effective communicator, problem solver, and team player.
