The Position: This position will report to the Accounting Manager and will play a key role in maintaining the daily operations of the accounting staff and ensuring data integrity and accuracy. The staff accountant is responsible for a variety of tasks as outlined below. This is a full-time exempt salary-based position. Responsibilities of this role include but not limited to: Work closely with AP, AR, and billing teams to ensure process efficiency Train and mentor bookkeeping and data entry staff Offer process improvements to accounting functions Provide leadership with detailed accounting reports Maintain working relationships with external clients and vendors Complete account reconciliations as needed Prepare and enter fixed assets Assist the Accounting Manager with ad hoc reporting and month end close Requirements/Skills Two years of experience in general accounting preferred Associates or Bachelor degree in Accounting required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft office Able to problem solve and work independently Benefits: We offer competitive pay, and an excellent benefits package including paid time off, holidays.
